Music Studio Setup

How Booking Works

Payment + Waiver (Required to Secure Spot)

To officially book your sessions:

  • Payment and signed liability waiver are required within 48 hours of scheduling

  • Your sessions are not confirmed until both are completed

To make your sessions as productive and meaningful as possible:

  • A pre-session sheet must be completed and submitted at least 3 days before your first session

  • This allows our team to review your ideas and prepare a customized creative direction for your first session

Booking is not finalized until all steps above are completed ~ This process ensures every client gets a fully prepared, high-quality experience ~ We prioritize intention, preparation, and collaboration—so you can focus on creating something you love!

Session Scheduling

All sessions are scheduled in advance and coordinated with our team.

  • Sessions are confirmed based on availability with our producers and coaches

  • We’ll lock in your dates once all collaborators are confirmed

  • You’ll receive a finalized session schedule before getting started

Every new client begins with a quick intro call.
This is where we:

  • Get to know your vision, sound, and goals

  • Answer any questions about the process

  • Match you with the right collaborators
